Travel to a parallel world where you are viewed as the prophesized savior of the people
Help your tribe obtain prosperity and happiness under your wise rule
Expand your land to discover various secrets and mysteries in this ancient world
As an inquisitive research scientist, you have volunteered yourself to participate in a dimension traveling experiment and be one of the first humans to travel to another parallel world! After the trip which had knocked you out, you eventually regain consciousness and find yourself in a prehistoric world where tribes of humans roam the land. It seems that the tribe has prayed the Great Spirits for a new leader and you landed right at their doorstep. Thus, the responsibility of leading an ailing tribe has fallen on to you. With wisdom, you’ll lead their tribe back to prosperity and happiness!
First things first, you’ll need to start gathering resources if you plan on developing your tribal village into something so much more! And among all the resources that you can obtain in the game, including marble, fabric, stone and many others, food is, without a doubt, the most important. This is because every action that you can ask your villages to do will consume a certain amount of food. The harder the task, the more food is required.
To get food, you can pick berries from the single berry bush in your village but of course, if you need more, you’ll then need to set up a farm! There are many types of crops in The Tribez, such as watermelons, pumpkins, corn and wheat. To unlock access to better crops you’ll need to upgrade your farming patch. Also, by ordering a villager to work at the farm, he or she will remain there until the crop is mature and ready for harvest. So, in other words, you’ll have fewer villagers to order around.
Need more villagers? Well, to attract more villagers, you’ll need to build houses for them first, and to do that, you’ll need plenty of wood. You can obtain wood by chopping down trees on your land or you could build a forester (the building process will also occupy one of your villagers until the process is done) and send a villager there to work. The forester method will unfortunately cost you money instead of food, since you’ll be paying the worker’s wages, in some sense. You can also upgrade your resource producing buildings to increase the rate of production.
There are also other buildings that can you construct in The Tribez, such as the trade and entertainment buildings. These are the main ways to earn money in your town. By spending a bit of money to initiate deals of varying durations, you’ll soon be able to reap the rewards in return (usually double or triple the money... this does sound like a pyramid scheme, doesn’t it?)!
All work and no play makes your tribes people’s dull and unexciting. Thus, be sure to spend a bit of your cash on constructing social buildings and placing decorations to increase the level of happiness in your village. The higher the happiness level, the more villagers can be accommodated in your village. Your villagers will also have wishes from time to time. Fulfill them to get a special reward from them!
In a nutshell, The Tribez offers you to opportunity to lead a tribe of prehistoric people from poverty to prosperity in this amazing city-building/ farming simulation game. Will you be able to live up to your role as the prophesized great tribal chief, or will you lead them all to ruin? Find out now by playing The Tribez!
